No one had to leave home in the bad weather to go cancel patients, it was absolutely wonderful!! Also through the app we were able to set up a voicemail override letting anyone who called know that we were closed due to weather, So easy and convenient!!
Also we have had power outages before in our area and with our office phones and computers being down we were able to hop on our cell phones and access everything through the app to let patients know!!
