Please perform the steps listed below to ensure a proper sync of your Silhouette Studio library content: Open Silhouette Studio Go to the Library Log into your Silhouette account, if you are not already logged in Click on the Sync button located in the lower left-hand side of the Library. If your Library is missing the free with machine content, please do the following to access your free with machine content: Register your machine Open the software program for your machine Go to the Library Sign into your account using the same account information for the address your machine was registered under Locate the "Free with Machine" folder Your content should be located in this folder under the machine model name.
If your Library is missing the free with machine content, please do the following to access your free with machine content: Connect your Silhouette Machine to the computer using the included USB cable. Make sure your machine is also plugged in. Other cables are not guaranteed to be compatible with the Silhouette cutting machines.
Open Silhouette Studio Go to the SEND panel Verify your machine is connected and displays a "Ready" status Once your machine can be confirmed as connected, the content should be loaded into your Library If the Silhouette machine is plugged in and detected but the pre-loaded images still do not show up, perform the following steps: Go to the Edit menu on the top tool bar Go to Preferences Go to Advanced Select the "Restore pre-loaded designs" option.
